Transparentem developed these tools in direct response to what investors told us they need. They are designed to help investors ask the right questions, identify risks, and drive meaningful improvements in responsible recruitment and forced labor prevention across their portfolio companies and supply chains.
Transparentem is developing additional resources for investors, including case studies illustrating the material risks of unethical labor recruitment, guidance on evaluating the quality of social audits used in portfolio companies’ supply chains, country and sector deep dives into forced labor risk, and tools to help investors support better due diligence on recruitment practices throughout their supply chains.
If you would like us to develop specific tools, or if you have questions or input, please email info@transparentem.org with “investor tools” in the subject line.
